Before you book
Do I have to book anything afterwards?
No. If you book with us afterwards, great; if not, you still walk away with the plan. It pays off for us: people who arrive well informed enjoy it more and come back.
What language is the call in?
In English, Spanish or French — the three languages we're comfortable speaking. If you'd rather use German, message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply in writing in German.
What if I already have an itinerary?
Even better. Send it over first, or build one with our planner, and we'll go through it together on the call, fixing whatever doesn't fit.
How long does it really take?
Between 10 and 20 minutes. If your trip is long or you're a big group, say so when booking and we'll block out more time.
