We aim for clear, flexible management, especially for activities dependent on wind, sea conditions or the weather.
Standard activities
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before on standard activities, unless a specific experience or provider states specific conditions before confirming the booking.
Changes
Changes of date, time or option are subject to availability. We will do our best to find a reasonable alternative if the traveller gives advance notice.
Weather
Activities dependent on weather, wind or sea conditions may be rescheduled or offered an alternative if the provider considers conditions unsuitable.
No-show
Failure to show up without notice may result in loss of the booking, according to the conditions of the provider carrying out the activity.
