Are there weight or age restrictions?
There are weight restrictions for safety and load distribution reasons (ask when booking). Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. There's no age restriction for adults, though it's worth checking with us if you have a specific medical condition.
What happens if there's bad weather on the day of the flight?
Safety is the priority. The pilot decides whether weather conditions allow the flight. If cancelled due to weather, we offer rescheduling for another day or a full refund.
