Why visit Loro Parque?
Loro Parque is Europe's most award-winning zoo and theme park. Voted best park in the world by TripAdvisor users for several years running, it's home to over 4,000 animals from 400 species in world-class facilities.
Highlights include: Europe's largest orca tank, the spectacular Arctic-themed penguin colony, gorillas of the world's most endangered species, white tigers, dolphins and one of the largest parrot collections on the planet (which gives the park its name).
Dolphin, sea lion and bird-of-prey shows are included in the ticket and take place several times a day. The park is located in Puerto de la Cruz (north Tenerife) and we arrange direct transfer from the south of the island.

How much time do I need to see all of Loro Parque?
We recommend at least 5-6 hours to enjoy the park at ease and catch the main shows. If you're going with children, allow at least 6-7 hours.
How do I get to Loro Parque from South Tenerife?
Loro Parque is in Puerto de la Cruz, around 45-60 minutes from the south. We can arrange your bus or taxi transfer from your hotel. You can also get there by rental car or public transport (TF5 bus + local bus).
Is there a discount for children?
Yes. Children under 3 enter free. Children aged 3 to 11 get a reduced price. Ask us for the exact child price when booking.
Is it possible to visit Loro Parque and Teide on the same day?
It's not recommended, since Loro Parque needs at least 5-6 hours. It's best to dedicate a full day to each. We can help you plan your schedule in Tenerife.
